Our Story
Satva Neonatal & Pediatric ICU was established with a singular purpose: to provide Gandhinagar and the surrounding region with a dedicated, specialist-led intensive care unit for its youngest and most vulnerable patients.
Founded by Dr Varun Patel and Dr Rutul Patel, Satva was built on the belief that critically ill neonates and children deserve the same standard of care available in the country's leading tertiary centres — delivered locally, with continuity and compassion.
The name Satva — meaning essence or purity in Sanskrit — reflects our commitment to care that is honest, evidence-based, and centred on the patient and family.
